HOW HOUSE CALL APPOINTMENTS WORK

  • Call me during business hours or email me

    • Please leave your name, phone number, the reason for your call and, if applicable, what days/times you would like an appointment

    • Normal house call hours are M - Th 8am - 2pm unless otherwise arranged

    • Calls and emails are generally returned within 1 business day 

  • Have your contact information and all your pet's information, including vaccination records and/or your previous veterinarian’s contact info 

  • We chat and set up the appointment!

    • I will give you an estimated cost and length of time for your appointment so that you know what to expect

    • If you coordinate appointment times with a friend/family member/neighbor at one location you can split the house call fee​

  • Payment is due at the time of service

    • Cash, check, Venmo or credit/debit cards are accepted

      • If you pay with cash, you receive a discount!​

      • I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

    • Euthanasia services require payment before service is provided

      • This allows you to say goodbye to your pet and grieve without needing to complete paperwork afterwards

  • I email you a receipt at the end of our appointment that also includes a summary of our visit and future due dates
